if it's not quite love at first wear, here's how we make it right:
Exchanges
we get it, sometimes the first size isn’t the one. that’s why we offer a do-over.
- must be requested within 5 days from delivery - size exchanges only.
- a ₹100 exchange fee applies to cover reverse pickup and reshipping.
- need another swap? ₹250 fee applies to each additional exchange.
- once we receive and inspect your item, your replacement ships out within 2-3 business days.
- item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with the hangtag intact.
Store Credit
not feeling an exchange? you have 5 days from delivery to request a return for store credit.
- ₹150 return fee will be deducted from your store credit to cover logistics.
- store credit has no expiry date and can be used on any future order.

When We’ll Refund
if something’s our fault - wrong item, defect, or not up to typical standards. we’ll replace it or refund the full amount, no questions asked.
- reach out within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video showing the outer packaging, item, tags, and the issue.
When will my Exchange/Credit be Processed
once we receive your item and it passes our quality check - processing exchanges/credit takes 5-10 business days.
How to Start

- once your item passes our quality check, your exchange or store credit will be processed.
