Exchanges
We get it, sometimes the first pick isn’t the one. That’s why we offer a do-over.
- One free exchange per order - size, color, or style.
- need another swap? ₹250 fee applies to each additional exchange.
- Must be requested within 5 days of delivery.
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with the hangtag intact.
- No makeup stains, deodorant marks, perfume, or pet hair - we’ll check.
Store Credit
Not feeling an exchange? We’ll issue store credit for the value of your returned item. Call it a rain check with perks.
- Store credit never expires, always works.
- Can be used on any future typical order.
When We’ll Refund
if something’s our fault - wrong item, defect, or not up to typical standards. we’ll replace it or refund the full amount, no questions asked.
When will my Refund be Processed
Once we receive your item, processing exchanges/credit takes 5-10 business days.
How to Start
- head to our exchange portal page and follow the steps.
- we’ll arrange a pickup or send you a return label.
- once your item passes our quality check, your exchange or store credit will be processed.
