These Terms govern your access to and use of typical. websites, mobile experiences, and purchase of our products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1) Eligibility & account
You must be 18+ and capable of forming a binding contract. Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorised use.
2) Products, pricing & availability
We try to display product colours, specs and pricing accurately; minor variations may occur. Prices are in INR and inclusive of GST (as stated at checkout). We may correct errors, change prices, or limit quantities at any time.
3) Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy; we accept when we send an order confirmation. We may cancel or refuse orders for reasons including availability, suspected fraud, or errors. If payment was taken and we cancel, we’ll refund you.
4) Payment
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Razorpay/Shopify Payments). By paying, you authorise the processor to charge your selected method. COD (if offered) may have eligibility/location limits.
5) Shipping, risk & title
Shipping timelines are estimates; dispatch occurs after payment confirmation (or COD verification). Title and risk pass to you upon delivery to the address provided. See our Shipping Policy for details.
6) Returns, exchanges & store credit
We offer one free size/style exchange per order (subject to our Returns Policy). If you don’t wish to exchange, we issue store credit. Refunds are provided only for defective/damaged or incorrectly shipped products per our Returns Policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags/packaging intact. 7) Use of the site
You agree not to: (i) misuse the site, (ii) interfere with security or access controls, (iii) use bots/scrapers without consent, (iv) post unlawful/infringing content, or (v) attempt to reverse engineer any part of the site.
8) User content (reviews, photos)
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant Typical a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display such content for marketing and operational purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You represent you have rights to the content and it doesn’t infringe third-party rights.
9) Intellectual property
All logos, product names, text, graphics, images, videos, and site design are the property of Typical or its licensors, protected by IP laws. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.
10) Promotions & coupons
Promotions are subject to specific terms; they may be modified or withdrawn at any time. One code per order unless stated. Discounts typically exclude taxes/shipping.
11) Third-party links & services
We’re not responsible for third-party sites or services linked from our site. Your use of them is at your own risk and governed by their terms and policies.
12) Warranties & disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, products and services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where prohibited by consumer law.
13) Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Typical’s aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the site or products is limited to the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim, or INR 10,000, whichever is lower. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud where such limitation is not permitted by law.
14) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Typical, its directors, employees, and partners harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.
15) Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer laws, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, Delhi. Alternatively (optional), disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Act, seat [Delhi], language English.
16) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
